Our On-site Mental Health Assessments through Revival Therapy allow our clients to receive a mental/behavioral health assessment for themselves and/or their children. Revival Therapy comes to our office to provide the assessments or we can schedule it via telehealth. They accept Fee for Service Medicaid (FFS), Health Plan of Nevada (HPN), and Molina.
